Anyone who has followed this blog for a while knows that I adore Claire Pettibone wedding dress designs, and that I would love brides in Ottawa to try something as romantic, feminine and completely unique as her dresses. And when I thought it couldn't get any better, Claire released her "Heirloom" lingerie collection in November, and it was debuted in this light-filled, exquisite boudoir session shot by the film photographer Elizabeth Messina (who in my opinion shoots women in the most inspiring and divine ways ever).

A small quote from Elizabeth: …Known for her ultra feminine style, this new collection of hand-crafted lingerie by Claire Pettibone incorporates exquisite details using the finest couture French laces, Italian embroideries and silks. The designer has taken her love of vintage style to the ultimate level, literally creating heirloom quality keepsakes for the wedding night, honeymoon, and “happily ever after” to follow.
